Participate in hands-free activities like learning a new language or listening to an informative TED talk. This will make you feel productive and get away from the traffic.

However, make safety your top priority and avoid distractions. Keep your vehicle comfortable: Make sure your vehicle’s temperature, ventilation, and seats are adjusted for comfort. 7. Water and snacks: Keep a bottle of water and snacks in your car. Staying hydrated and eating will help keep your energy levels high and avoid unnecessary irritability.
