The Sun will shine Again

And remember, how darkish it gets, the sun will shine again.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. Remember, everybody has a past. Take a moment. Sit back. Wonder at your life; at the mistakes that guided you, at the miseries you had to go through. Didn’t they supply you the power to move on? Despite everything, you nonetheless moved forward, be proud of this. Continue to endure and persist.

We need to release all the aches from the past. You are now not your past. If you had a magnificent past, it’s over. If it was horrible, it’s over too. We travel from right here forward. It’s your life. Be in control of it. Don’t encourage others to run it for you.

We have a story that we tell ourselves about ourselves, but it is simply a story. We are growing it and we can change it. Like any true performer, we have a script that we follow. We play it out. We rehearse and ideal it. And when the time comes, we can perform effortlessly. But are our responses a response to reality?

Most of us have pre-programmed responses to our beliefs and our faith system. Most of what we do is run on autopilot, appearing as if we are this persona in this story. But remember, it’s just a story.

Be the creator of your personal story, figure out who you want to be, and decide how your lifestyle is going to be. But you have to take your energy back. You have to determine that you’re neither going to pay attention to your negative internal critic nor your ego. It’s for you to choose not to be held back by the programming of your past. Go right ahead and rewrite the story.

And remember how so ever darkish it gets, the sun will shine again.
