Balance your Personal Energy and Rejuvenate

There are times when I feel totally drained out of energy not only after a hectic day at work but quite often at home as well. Our personal energy works at three levels viz spiritual, mental, and physical. It is typical with personal energy that we only miss it when we don’t have it. When you don’t have it then you know its true value. When I’m not in the mood it’s nothing but the lack of energy which is not enough to keep me motivated. I feel lackluster having no inclination to integrate my mind and body. The more I stay in this negative state more I feel dejected with life. My inner source of energy is so much discharged that I fail to start my day in a fruitful manner.

The energy Circuit

The point to remember is that the energy flows from a higher to a lower level. Mental healing is a result of having high mental energy which is then used to cure physically. The circuit diagram for the energies to flow clearly shows the balance we have to maintain. Self is connected to the universal energy available in abundance to one and all.

Measuring Personal Energy

It’s akin to impossible to measure this energy. Lacking effective measurement, how to increase it to the desired level? For you to function ably, the energy is needed to be increased at all three levels. It must be done so that you know where to improve. The only way to measure your personal energy is by checking it at all levels.

The cause and Effect

One of the important indicators is the quality of your thoughts and actions being taken by you as an effect. It is our attitude as well as stored negative emotions too that influence our personal energy, big time. We store our emotions in the physical body as well as in the casual body. The stored negative emotions tend to create energy blocks, which then reduce the energy flow leaving us tired and dejected. The degree of lack of energy may vary as per the intensity and the amount of stored negative emotions.

Mind-Body Connection

It is our attitude as well as stored negative emotions that influence our personal energy big time. We store our emotions in the physical body as well as in the casual body. The stored negative emotions tend to create energy blocks, which then reduce the energy flow leaving us drained out and dejected. The amount of lack of energy may vary as per the intensity and the amount of stored negative emotions. This blocked energy then results in inactivity.

Strive to Achieve Overall Balance

Our body strives for an overall balance of personal energy at the three levels which is our natural state. The actions taken based on a faulty thought process prove detrimental to good physical health and should be corrected before our efficiency is affected adversely. Concentrating on the present moment by being mindful helps.

Reconnect to Rejuvenate

Reconnecting the mind with the body through meditation and prayer certainly energize you. It’s in meditation that the self which is beyond the three energy levels gets connected to the universal source of energy and gets recharged to redistribute.  The following set of positive affirmations is helpful in achieving the required mind-body connection:-

• All is well.

• I have a beautiful, strong, and healthy body.

• My body has tremendous self-healing power.

• I am beautiful, healthy, strong and free of disease.

• I am blessed and thankful.
